Your Key Responsibilities:


1. Dialing & Scheduling

Book more appointments and help agents close more deals. We handle the calls, you handle the growth.

2. CRM Management

Keep the CRM system updated with key data, track client records, and gather insights to help agents stay ahead.

3. Email & Calendar Magic

Organize inboxes, streamline communication, and ensure meetings are scheduled effortlessly.

4. Thorough Research

Conduct market research, gather property data, and provide client insights to help agents make informed decisions.

5. Customer Service That Shines

Ensure clients remain happy and engaged by delivering professional communication and service.

6. Spot-On Data Entry

Maintain accurate client records and financial data, helping agents stay organized and focused on their goals.

7. Travel Made Easy

Assist with booking flights, accommodations, and transportation to make business travel stress-free for agents.

8. Social Media Care

Keep social profiles updated, schedule posts, and manage inquiries, allowing agents to focus on their clients.

8. Organized Files, Instant Access

Maintain well-organized digital files, ensuring agents have quick access to important documents.
